"You are, your fathers' daughter"
To understand my story, you have to understand my dad. Born in the early 40's he grew up in the time of Segregation. Raised in a small town of Irwindale, Ca. known for their rocks, which today covers 95% of our streets and freeways today in California. There was not much at the time for this little town. As a result the people would travel to outside cities to enjoy restaurants and the movies for entertainment.
But during my dad's teenage years, there was only businesses for "whites only" or "blacks only". There was no restaurants or movies for the Hispanic people. As life would teach him, and as he would teach me...don't forget your hertiage, be your best, strive for your dreams, and NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER GIVE UP!
So here I was, years later a teenager myself. Facing teenage life like any other girl, except I was faced with choices like "abortion", "adoption", or becoming a "teenage mother". Little did I know, it was then that I would become a strong woman of faith.
Faith first in my Savior Jesus to help me, faith in my own strengths to get through, and faith to get up, dust myself off and keep fighting, no matter what others said or did. I would always strive to be the best that I could, and NEVER GIVE UP!
What does this have to do with Short Sales, you ask?
As your Short Sale Specialist, Realtor and Negotiator. I will NEVER GIVE UP fighting for you! Life is not always easy. I have made many difficult decisions, including ones that you maybe facing today. Like providing for your family, moving, changing the childrens' schools, starting a new job, or fighting with your spouse because your finances are not what you want them to be.
I have had the wonderful opportunity of meeting beautiful people, who just need a listening ear, a loving heart, and a strong will. And I hope that I can be that for you today, while fighting to save your credit, and stop a foreclosure.
If you are facing the loss of your family, loss of your job, the unknown of where you will live...please know that I have been there. I can understand your pain, the stress, and the sleepless nights. Which is why I am passionate about working for you.
I can also tell you that there is great peace when you become debt free. I have always believed, "it is "I" who owns my home, not my home that "owns" me."
For some of you who read my story, your house owns you today, right now, doesn't it? It's taking away your health, your peace, your sleep, your money. And for what? To say that you are a homeowner? You will be a homeowner again, but next time, "You will own the home, not the home owning you!"
I have learned the most important things in life, you can't buy. I can't buy peace, I can't buy a family. I can however, make a home, no matter where I am, or where I live. And when I stand around the Christmas tree or Birthday cake, it does not matter about the presents or the things, but the people who are around me.
So, if you are like me, "my fathers' daughter" who has been taught to get up, dust yourself off, and keep moving forward. Than now is the time! Never in American history have Americans been given the opportunity to be relieved of up to 2 Million dollars of property debt, and be given the chance to buy again in as little as 24 months. It's no wonder everyone comes to the "Land of Opportunity".
Although it may be difficult for you to sell your property. Take in the good memories and start focusing on the new opportunities. Opportunities to get rid of debt, to focus on the real gems in life, like your family. And if you have recently lost your job...thank the Lord, you probably hated your job anyway or thought you could do a better job.
Now is the time to Dream BIG. When you have removed all the things that clutter your life and bog you down, you can start to think more clearly. Donald Trump tells all of us, "You have to think anyway, why not THINK BIG!"
So today, THINK BIG! When all this is behind you, and myself and The Ramirez Team have completed your short sale. Where will you want to be? What will you want for your family? You know what you don't want...now it's time to focus on, WHAT YOU DO WANT. You can either work for someone else's dreams or work for your own. The choice and decision to take action is up to YOU!
As for me...that teenage mom. She grew up, gave birth to a baby boy, who now serves our country in the U.S. NAVY. She got married (17 years) to her teenage sweetheart Eric, and has 3 outstanding and wonderful children, Andrew, Aaron and Marissa.
