Your "Short Sale Package"

We will need the following items below (as well as the attached forms) to begin your "Short Sale Package".  Should your lien holder contact you, please inform them that "THE RAMIREZ TEAM" will be handling all negotiations, and that you would prefer they not contact you any further, but to contact "THE RAMIREZ TEAM" with any questions.

It is very important that you not discuss anything with your lender from here forward, as misinterrupted information may cause future problems.
Once my staff has made contact with your mortgage company, they will request a “work-out package” also known as a "Short Sale Package".  This will be your lenders list of instructions and requirements for considering your short sale.

  • Recent Pay-Stub or Unemployment Benefits, last 2 months

  • Profit and Loss statement (if self employed), last 6 months

  • Federal Income tax returns, most recent for each borrower

  • Bank Statements, last 2 months for each borrower

  • Web Hosting Companies
